administrative coordination , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and structure. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Design Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe tools (e.g., brochures, social graphics, presentations, email templates) Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets Assist with social media content creation and scheduling Support email marketing campaigns and basic analytics tracking Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions Administrative Support Coordinate marketing calendars, meetings, and deadlines Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met Organize and maintain digital files, assets, and documentation Assist with vendor coordination and marketing logistics Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
