IFM Transformation Director
Location: On-site – Mountain View, CA
Boden Talent is partnering with our client, a global organisation operating a large, complex facilities portfolio, to appoint an IFM Transformation Director. This is a senior leadership role with a strong strategic and operational mandate, focused on transforming how Integrated Facilities Management services are delivered at scale. This role sits directly beneath the IFM Director and plays a critical part in shaping operating models, driving innovation, and ensuring consistent, high‑performing service delivery across a multi‑site environment.
The Role You will lead enterprise‑wide IFM transformation initiatives while maintaining senior‑level oversight of daily operations. The position combines executive stakeholder engagement, programme leadership, and financial accountability in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment. Key Responsibilities Act as deputy to the IFM Director, supporting strategic decision‑making and portfolio leadership Lead large‑scale transformation programmes including technology implementation, operating model standardisation, and process optimisation Drive performance through data, analytics, and KPI management across hard and soft services Oversee major IFM budgets, forecasting, and cost‑optimisation initiatives Build and lead high‑performing, management‑level teams across multiple locations Manage senior vendor relationships and ensure contractual and operational excellence Support new site launches, expansions, and major capital initiatives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Operations, or a related discipline 8+ years’ experience in facilities or property management within complex portfolios 5+ years leading management‑level teams Proven success delivering cross‑functional transformation programmes Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder management capability Executive presence with the ability to influence at senior leadership level Why Apply Highly visible leadership role with genuine strategic influence Opportunity to shape and modernise IFM delivery at scale Work within a progressive, transformation‑focused environment Competitive compensation and long‑term career progression
