Operations Analyst – Loan & Trade Support (Entry-Level) Dallas, TX (In-Office) – Must be local to DFW area $47-56K/year

Are you a recent graduate ready to kick-start your career in a fast-paced, global environment? Our client, a highly prestigious investment bank, is looking for Operations Analysts who will sit in the middle office and support their loan and trade divisions.

As an Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You will be supporting the settlement of syndicated loan trades and working closely with trading desks, clients, and stakeholders across the U.S. You’ll help ensure trades are processed smoothly, risks are managed effectively, and clients receive exceptional service.

Every trade executed and every product launched depends on Operations. Operations Analysts help build and manage the processes that keep everything running.

Key Responsibilities: Support trade lifecycle processes including confirmation, allocation, and verification Collaborate with sales, trading teams, and clients to resolve issues Investigate exceptions and ensure timely resolutions Manage risk and maintain strong controls throughout trade processing

What We’re Looking For Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree Previous internships and/or work experience within a financial institution Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (loan operations knowledge is a plus!)
