Job Description: • Seeking experienced Oracle EPM FCCS contractor to support our finance transformation initiatives. • The contractor will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle FCCS solutions to support consolidation, close, and reporting processes. • This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and hands-on experience with Oracle's EPM Cloud suite.

Key responsibilities: • Lead the design, build, and deployment of Oracle FCCS applications to support financial consolidation and close cycles. • Configure metadata, dimensions, rules, calculations, and data integrations in FCCS • Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions (FR/Management Reports, Smart View, dashboards) • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional FCCS solutions. • Support data integration from ERP, GL, and other source systems into FCCS. • Ensure system alignment with account standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal reporting requirements • Provide testing, training, and documentation for end users • Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support as needed • Recommend best practices and process improvements for consolidation and close

Required skills: • Proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud – FCCS implementation and support (minimum 5 years). • Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes • Hands-on expertise in FCCS metadata, rules, calculations and data mappings • Experience with data integration tools (Data Management, Data Integration, EPM automate, or FDMEE) • Knowledge of financial reporting tools (Management Reports, Smart View, FR). • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial consolidation concepts (intercompany eliminations, currency translation, journal adjustments, and Equity Pick up) • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills • Ability to work independently as a contractor.
