Salary range is $62,000 to $67,000 depending on experience and training - position is eligible for year-end discretionary bonus Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,000 after a successful 3-month and 6-month performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities Compliance & Documentation:
Review tenant files for accuracy, ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, or local housing regulations. Income/Asset Verification:
Calculate household income, assets, and expenses to determine rent, processing annual and interim recertifications. Resident Interaction:
Notify residents of upcoming recertifications, collect necessary documentation, and answer questions regarding the process. Reporting & Systems:
Maintain updated records, often using software like Yardi or Voyager, and generate compliance reports for management. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED equivalency. Knowledge of Yardi/Voyager software is helpful. Experience: Three+ years of low-income, senior, or housing-related programs Certification: COS for HUD programs. Ability to accurately and consistently maintain logs and write reports. Bilingual helpful — Spanish Property Manager Software, especially Yardi is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
