Within our Corporate Supply Chain Regulatory team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking an

Export Documentation Manager

to strengthen how we execute export documentation across global markets! This role plays a key part in building accurate, timely documentation, coordinating with carriers and government agencies, and supporting smooth international shipments. Your work will directly improve how efficiently products move across borders and reach our customers.

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between

$105,000

and

$119,000.

This position has an annual target bonus of

12% .

What You’ll Do: Lead daily export documentation work across international shipments, from creation through final release. Guide and support the International Documentation team, including coaching, feedback, and development planning. Build clear documentation processes that improve accuracy, timing, and customer service outcomes. Coordinate with planning, transportation, and warehouse teams to align shipment documentation requirements. Strengthen relationships with government agencies, carriers, and third-party partners to keep shipments moving. Oversee ocean bill of lading activity, AES filings, and SAP GTS documentation workflows. Partner with Trade Compliance to confirm accurate EEI filings and routed transaction requirements. Review documentation exceptions, identify root causes, and implement practical process improvements. Track documentation performance trends and connect outcomes to cost, service, and operational impact. Create and refine reporting that supports better financial and operational decisions. Improve how documentation flows across systems and teams to reduce delays and rework.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field. 6+ years of experience across transportation, supply chain operations, or export documentation. Strong working knowledge of global transportation, customs requirements, and import/export regulations. Hands-on experience with SAP GTS or a comparable global trade or export documentation system. Experience leading or coordinating the work of others in a team-based environment.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): A master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Experience improving documentation workflows that increased efficiency and reduced cycle times. Familiarity with multiple transportation modes including ocean, air, rail, and truckload shipping. Experience building partnerships with external agencies or international regulatory bodies.
