Established and growing $1B+ AUM independent wealth management firm seeks a Director of Operations to support its next phase of growth. This role will oversee the client service and operations teams while partnering closely with leadership to refine processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen the firm’s operational infrastructure.
The firm offers a collaborative, team-oriented culture and is seeking a leader who can elevate operations while maintaining the already positive, engaging office environment.
What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day operations across client service and support teams Evaluate and refine workflows, systems, and processes Implement strategic initiatives alongside firm leadership Support hiring, training, and development of staff

What You Bring Bachelor's Degree Operations experience within wealth management or financial services Strong understanding of broker-dealer or RIA environments Ability to improve processes and lead teams effectively Series 7, 63, and/or 65 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
