Product Lead (Consumer Lending)

Our client is an elite, data-centric Fintech innovator that is evolving its lending ecosystem into a high-velocity, automated growth engine.
We are seeking a Consumer Lending Product Lead to take end-to-end ownership of their largest asset class: Personal Loans. This is a "Build Phase" role for a leader who wants to own the technical and strategic roadmap of a billion-dollar lending vertical.
Reporting to the VP of Product, you will lead the transition from a research-heavy model to a product-led powerhouse. You will be responsible for the infrastructure that allows major financial institutions to seamlessly expand credit access using our client's proprietary technology. Own the E2E Lifecycle:
From identifying the "ultimate customer problem" to socializing the journey with C-Suite stakeholders and rolling out with world-class Engineering and Data Science teams. Architect for Scale:
Re-engineer the integration layer for a network of enterprise partners to drive massive application volume. Solve the "Volume Puzzle":
Investigate why certain partner integrations outperform others and architect the API solutions to scale the "middle of the funnel" across the entire portfolio. Drive Automated Growth:
Move the business toward a self-optimizing ecosystem where the product’s ease of use and conversion performance are the primary drivers of revenue.
Ideal Candidate Profile Lending Pedigree:
8 to 15 years of experience with deep domain knowledge in Personal Loans or Auto Finance. The "Builder" DNA:
You have a track record of building and scaling products. We are looking for the high-velocity mindset found at top-tier Fintechs or agile lending shops. Technical Fluency:
You can speak "API architecture" with engineers and "unit economics" with the C-Suite. Experience working with distributed/offshore technical teams is a significant plus.
