Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven

Product Management Support Analyst

to join our team. This position is primarily computer-based, with a strong focus on data analysis and product research using Excel and Google Workspace tools. The ideal candidate will be analytical, self-motivated, and capable of recognizing patterns in complex datasets to support our product management initiatives and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Management: Collect, analyze, and manipulate large data sets using Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters, and other functions). Mine and interpret data to identify part number sequences and patterns to determine part origin (OEM vs. aftermarket). Maintain accurate product data for catalogs, internal systems, and customer deliverables. Research & Product Support: Perform internet-based research to compare and validate part data across OEM and aftermarket catalogs. Review OEM and competitor interchanges and catalog information to troubleshoot potential product issues. Identify discrepancies in product data and provide recommendations for corrections or improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to address product inquiries and meet customer and internal deadlines. Assist in supporting supply chain and cataloging tasks as needed. Customer Support: Respond to occasional customer service inquiries, including part identification and basic troubleshooting. Communicate effectively with customers and partners, including non-native English speakers, in a professional and clear manner.

Qualifications: Education:

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a data or technical support role. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a data-intensive role, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries. Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data filters). Experience with Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools. Skills: Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Basic Internet research skills and familiarity with OEM/aftermarket automotive catalogs are a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting.

Working Conditions: Primarily office/computer-based work environment. Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility required. Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
