Director of Procurement

to build and scale procurement strategy across a national development pipeline.

This role will lead category strategy, enterprise sourcing, and supplier program development—partnering closely with Construction, Development, and Design to drive cost optimization, reduce risk, and improve consistency across projects.

Develop and execute

multi-year category strategies

for construction materials and standards Establish procurement

governance, SOPs, and workflows 7–10+ years of

procurement or strategic sourcing experience

within construction or capital projects ~ Experience building or managing

supplier programs across multiple sites or projects ~ Strong

analytical and data-driven mindset

(Excel/BI tools) ~ Experience in multifamily, student housing, or related sectors is a plus
