Responsibilities
Lead and execute audit engagements for a variety of clients across multiple industries
Plan and perform risk assessments and develop audit strategies
Prepare and review workpapers, financial statements, and audit documentation
Serve as a key point of contact for clients during engagements
Supervise and mentor junior staff and review their work
Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable auditing standards
Assist with process improvements and firm initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, required
2–5+ years of public accounting audit experience
CPA or CPA‑eligible strongly preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Team‑oriented with a desire to grow within a smaller firm environment
