We are seeking an experienced, proactive Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our legal team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who can contribute immediately, think critically, and operate independently—not just execute tasks.

Responsibilities
Support general legal administrative tasks
Organize and maintain files and documentation using a Google Drive-based system
Assist with case preparation, documentation, and workflow management
Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team
Handle liability-related work, including analysis and decision-making support
Communicate with clients in a professional, clear, and timely manner
Manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Qualifications
Prior experience in personal injury law (Required)
Strong understanding of case management workflows
Experience handling liability-related work and decision-making
Excellent communication skills (client-facing experience required)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Drive-based systems
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Familiarity with
Insurance processes
Client communication best practices
Legal documentation workflows
California personal injury experience (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with legal technology tools
