Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Sales/Estimator to join our Industrial/Commercial Division. This role is responsible for driving sales while managing the full estimation process for electrical projects across commercial and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities
Perform sales activities and build lasting relationships with commercial and industrial clients
Conduct take-offs and estimate labor and material costs for electrical projects
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Design and lay out electrical systems for industrial and commercial applications
Manage projects from quote through completion, including ongoing modifications
Meet with customers regularly to address quotes, changes, and project needs
Size and map out electrical system layouts accurately
Qualifications & Requirements
Knowledge of electrical trade practices and codes
Experience in construction estimating (1 year preferred)
Blueprint reading and system design skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving orientation
Bachelor's degree preferred
