Role As a Senior AML Sanctions Advisor within PNC’s AML Strategy organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Raleigh, NC; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL or Philadelphia, PA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative support to the Fraud organization on matters related to regulatory reporting and Bank Secrecy Act policy compliance.
Act as subject matter expert on fraud typologies, red flags, investigations, historical and emerging trends, and suspicious activity reporting.
Maintain knowledge of laws and reporting requirements tied to the Financial Exploitation of Elderly and Vulnerable Adults.
Lead issues and project management, regulatory change implementation, procedure writing and review, and metrics monitoring for trends analysis.
Oversee the update of compliance policies and procedures; ensure manuals reflect current laws and management intent.
Coordinate regulatory examinations and inquiries, including interview and information requests from regulatory agencies.
Identify and oversee the definition of enterprise‑wide AML and Sanctions program objectives for assigned lines of business.
Review AML and Sanctions compliance reports and related customer risk profiles; identify issues, escalates through governance channels, and recommend corrective action plans.
Analyze regulatory developments, advise business management of proposed rule changes, and provide recommendations for implementation.
Support key business initiatives by identifying AML and Sanctions risks and providing resolutions.
Participate as a subject matter expert in developing AML and Sanctions training programs for employees.
Work cooperatively with the business, legal partners, audit, and other risk disciplines across the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of industry‑relevant experience.
University or college degree (a Master’s degree or higher is desirable).
No required certification or license for this position.

Pay Transparency Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $192,050.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
