Seasonal Property Maintenance Specialist
East Mountain Properties, Alpine, UT, United States
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to handle the outside upkeep of two private properties. If you enjoy working outdoors, don't mind getting your hands dirty, have a sharp eye for detail, and take directions well, this is the job for you. You'll be responsible for making sure the grounds look tidy and the pool areas remain a sanctuary. All equipment, tools and supplies will be provided.
Responsibilities Lawn & Garden Care:
Turf Management: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing to keep the grass lush and neat.
Bed Maintenance: Weeding, trimming, and seasonal planting.
Hydration: Regular watering of trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
Property & Pest Control:
Pest Management: Applying pest control treatments and setting/monitoring traps to keep the grounds comfortable.
General Upkeep: Ensuring the exterior of the properties remains looking nice.
Pool & Recreation Areas:
Pool Deck: Regular cleaning, power washing (if needed), and organizing furniture.
Pool House: Routine cleaning and maintenance of the interior and exterior to ensure it’s guest-ready.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
Reliability: You show up when scheduled and take pride in your work.
Experience: Previous experience with lawn equipment (mowers, edgers, trimmers) is a big plus.
Independence: You can look at a flower bed and know it needs weeding without being asked twice.
Physical Stamina: Ability to work on your feet in various weather conditions.
Compensation & Hours
Hours: 15–20 hours per week (Flexible scheduling available).
Pay: $18-$21 based on experience.
