JR107749**Job Summary:**The Client Service Representative (CSR) serves as both the first and last point of contact for our clients, playing a critical role in delivering a consistently exceptional client experience. This position requires a detail-oriented, dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates effectively with team members.The ideal candidate is extremely reliable, highly organized, performs well under pressure, and demonstrates strong computer proficiency. Experience with Avimark, Cornerstone, or Impromed practice management software is preferred. Familiarity with USDA APHIS regulations and the VEHCS system is highly desirable.Applicant **MUST** have veterinary front desk experience, work extremely well with others and under pressure, be familiar with Avimark, Impromed, or Cornerstone and be computer savvy.**DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE VETERINARY OFFICE EXPERIENCE WITH REFERENCES.****Key Responsibilities:**Answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmthSchedule appointments and send reminders/follow-upsGreet clients and gather patient information accuratelyProcess payments and maintain medical recordsProvide post-visit instructions and promote services and preventive careSupport daily front desk and practice operationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and customer service skillsVeterinary experience preferredComfortable with practice management software and technologyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced settingLifting up to 40 lb may be requiredSalary & BenefitsHourly Range $22-28/hour401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offAt AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
