Role Description The Personal Banker role is a full-time, on-site position located in Jackson, MS. The Personal Banker will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with everyday banking inquiries, opening new accounts, and offering tailored financial solutions. This role includes maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs, providing personalized recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include handling deposits, processing transactions with accuracy, and contributing to business growth through cross-selling PNC products and services.
Qualifications
Experience in Personal Banking, including opening new accounts, and managing deposits
Strong finance-related knowledge and ability to provide tailored financial solutions
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a passion for assisting customers in achieving financial well-being
Effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Experience with cross-selling products and services is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related field is an advantage
Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software are a plus
