Talent Sourcing & Research Specialist (Business Services)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

An international professional services organization is seeking a

Talent Sourcing & Research Specialist

to join its Human Capital & Talent team. This individual will play a key role in supporting business services recruitment through market intelligence, proactive sourcing, and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain talent pipelines using advanced sourcing tools and strategies.

Analyze talent market data to support recruiting strategy and decision-making.

Proactively identify talent for recurring and strategic hiring needs.

Develop and manage market maps and passive candidate target lists for active searches.

Engage passive candidates through outreach and conduct initial qualification discussions.

Produce competitive intelligence reports on organizational structure, compensation, talent trends, and hiring activity across relevant industries.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum of

3 years

experience in sourcing, talent research, or recruitment within a global or large-scale professional services environment.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Boolean search, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong ability to source and manage pipelines within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for different audiences.
