The Role
We’re hiring a
Staff Photographer & Visual Content Lead
to own and evolve in-house visual production across our client portfolio. You’ll plan, shoot, edit, and deliver both imagery and video content across a rotating roster of artist and brand storefronts—from product flats to lifestyle shoots to short-form social content. The range is wide. You might shoot vinyl packaging on Monday and styled apparel on Thursday, with TikTok-ready clips in between. Not every shoot will require every skill—but over time, you’ll touch all of it. Beyond execution, you’ll help define visual standards and build production workflows that keep quality consistent as we scale. This role blends

What You’ll Do
Shoot & Create Own the studio calendar and deliver assets aligned with release timelines Shoot white-background product photography, styled flat lays, and lifestyle/on-body imagery Capture short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, BTS) alongside product shoots Build the Visual Standard Develop and maintain style guides and shot references by product category Ensure consistency in lighting, framing, color, and composition across brands Pre-Production & Logistics Lead shoot prep (props, models, set design, locations) Coordinate freelance assistants, stylists, and HMU when needed Studio & Equipment Maintain equipment inventory and keep the studio production-ready Post-Production & Asset Management Retouch and color-correct imagery for web, social, and print Manage DAM systems (file naming, metadata, tagging, archiving) Workflow & Tools Improve production efficiency using presets, templates, batch tools, and AI Stay current on emerging tools and bring new ideas to the team Cross-Team Coordination Partner with Receiving, Fulfillment, and Account teams on sample flow and timing Document SOPs to ensure repeatable, scalable processes
What You Bring
Required 3+ years of professional photography experience (e-commerce, product, studio, or lifestyle) A portfolio demonstrating range across product and lifestyle work Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom Experience with studio lighting (strobe or continuous) Ability to shoot and edit short-form video for social platforms Comfortable running shoots independently from concept through delivery Strong organizational systems for file management and workflow Familiarity with modern editing tools, including AI-assisted workflows Preferred Experience with tethered capture workflows Familiarity with DAM platforms and metadata systems Background in music, entertainment, or lifestyle merchandise Experience managing multiple brand aesthetics simultaneously Hands-on experience with AI-powered editing or content tools

Compensation
