Auto Dealer Body Shop Receptionist

Dorian Ford is looking for a receptionist for our Collision Center to assist customers in receiving excellent service in the auto body and paint repair of their vehicles.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
Minimum of 2 years experience working in an auto body repair facility.
Strong Communications and Customer Handling Skills
Punctual attendance
Good work ethic and team player.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record Understand title laws and registration process
Job Responsibilities
Provide Customer Service by scheduling appointments, coordinating repair work, and updating progress of repairs to completion.
Work with insurance companies and customers to ensure necessary approvals are obtained and payments are accurate.
Assist in preparing damage estimates using CCC One Workflow Software. Attach photos, notes, and documents as needed.
Assist with parts management.
Assist with processing of supplemental damage submissions.
