Key Responsibilities:

Lead production operations across multiple projects, ensuring flawless execution on time and within budget.

Oversee fabrication, logistics, permitting, and technical build-outs across a range of formats, from intimate brand moments to large-scale consumer experiences.

Manage and expand a trusted roster of vendors and fabricators, while also bringing in top-tier vendor relationships of your own; negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Build and track project budgets; identify risks and cost-saving opportunities throughout the production lifecycle.

Hire and manage internal and freelance production staff across projects.

Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams to assess feasibility and bring ideas to life.

Act as a client-facing production and account lead for key clients, providing senior oversight and clear communication.

Streamline and evolve production workflows and tools to support scalability and operational efficiency.

Work with the SVP on resourcing, departmental growth, and long-term strategic planning.

Ensure all safety, union, legal, and permitting requirements are met across activations.

Contribute to new business development by supporting outreach efforts, participating in pitches, and leading experiential production strategy for RFPs and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years experiential agency experience required.

5–8+ years of production experience in experiential, event, or live marketing required.

Proven experience leading production teams on national and global campaigns for major consumer brands.

Deep knowledge of fabrication, budgeting, permitting, logistics, and live event execution.

Strong roster of production and fabrication vendors with excellent negotiation skills.

Adept at juggling multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining creative and technical integrity.

Confident communicator and team leader with a calm, solutions-oriented approach under pressure.

Deep understanding of safety protocols, union regulations, and technical requirements.

Passion for building culture-shaping, visually striking, and buzz-worthy brand experiences.

Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable working remotely, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a telephone, and working on a computer. May be required to type, write, speak, hear, touch with fingertips, grip, reach, and follow multi-part instructions, with or without accommodation. Must be able to occasionally lift 20 pounds.
