What You’ll Do
Lead and guide the architectural design process through multiple phases: Master Planning, SD through CA
Create excellent graphics and presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts
Translate goals into client-centered design concepts and detailed construction documentsImplement concepts with design and technical coherence

What You Bring
10+ years in architecture design (high-end residential, K-12/higher ed, workplace preferred)
Bachelor’s or master’s in architecture
Experience in Revit; proficient in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Passion for detail, documentation, and client service
Exceptional communication and team collaboration
Motivation to achieve continuous learning, mentoring, and growth
