About The Position Are you looking for the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills to solve challenging and complex appraisal problems? Join our team of appraisers at the Maricopa County Office of the Assessor! In this position, you will conduct appraisal analysis for the review, adjustment, and support of the residential division of the appraisal department, resulting in fair and equitable property valuation in Maricopa County. We will count on you to apply your knowledge and understanding of appraisal principles and practices to research and analyze property values. In addition, Analytic Appraisers confirm that the information pertaining to our values is accurate or identify necessary adjustments to produce fair and equitable values.
