Server Assistants

Doña Mesa , located in University Mall in Fairfax, VA. Server Assistants play a key role in supporting our service team and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, clean, and efficient dining experience.
If you’re fast-paced, detail-oriented, and thrive behind the scenes while still interacting with guests—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas Refill water, assist with guest needs, and anticipate table maintenance Stock service stations and ensure all supplies are readily available Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Help create a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and team members
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and team-first mindset Ability to move quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Attention to detail and cleanliness Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Previous restaurant experience is a plus (but not required)
