Job Summary: The Parts Sales & Operations Supervisor will provide leadership for the Shipping/Receiving department and provide supervision of Parts Department employees. Manages the parts operation (i.e. counter sales, warehouse & parts delivery), leads our retail parts sales effort, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains superior employee relations. Work cooperatively with inventory control to maintain the proper items and quantities of items on hand. Solve customer issues with both internal and external customers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Manages the parts operation (i.e., counter sales, warehouse & parts delivery). Leads our retail parts sales effort, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains superior employee relations. Works cooperatively with inventory control to maintain the proper items and quantities of items on hand. Solves customer issues with both internal and external customers. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Five years of experience in parts operations, or inventory and warehouse management with progressive supervisory experience required or equivalent combination of training and experience instead. Strong computer proficiency required. Must be team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required. Must be detail-oriented and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
