Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst

Position: Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst
Location: Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States
Job Duties
Assist with daily FMS case management functions in all phases of the FMS lifecycle, from pre-letter of request, letter of acceptance, and full case management at the direction of senior personnel
Support development and prepare requirements definition packages and draft proposed letters of requests at the direction of senior personnel
Support case development activities such as pre-creation of price and availability packages, entry into DSAMS, preparation of case amendments and modifications at the direction of senior personnel
Support management of the full lifecycle of case execution to close-out at the direction of senior personnel
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting a program or project team responsible for projects.
Minimum 1 year of experience with project plans, white papers, proposals, and formal presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
Able to apply understanding of agencies’ mission, organizational interrelationships and priorities and consider the resource implications of decisions
Experience supporting the US Navy or active-duty Navy experience.
Experience in foreign military sales or international affairs.
