Senior Corporate Recruiter

Support the senior recruiters to fill roles across various departments; review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates to recommend to hiring managers. Contribute to a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings and sourcing strategies. Manage candidates through various stages in our ATS (Greenhouse) ensuring accurate data. Assist with on-going projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.). Stay current and informed on industry recruiting trends to discern skillset of top candidates. Provide a white glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.
