Role Description We are seeking Real Estate Agents at all levels to join our dynamic team. This full-time or part time role is based in South Brunswick, NJ, with flexibility to match your schedule. Key responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, managing client relationships, analyzing real estate market trends, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. Agents will also collaborate with brokerage resources to grow their business and provide first-class customer service. Generous compnsation now includes a 90/10 starting package, with a $100 per month fee and a $250 transaction fee per deal. Mandatory training for newly licensed agents. Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required.
Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
Knowledge and expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales practices.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
Familiarity with the Southern New Jersey real estate market is a plus.
Proficiency in using real estate technology tools and platforms is beneficial.
Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and delivering an exceptional client experience.
