Damon Wofford has worked in real estate since 2006. Born and raised in Jackson, MS, he grew up in a family with more than 30 years of real estate experience, giving him hands‑on exposure to the industry from an early age. After earning a degree in Business Management from the University of Mississippi, Damon returned home and launched his first property management company, Quality Rental Houses. He built it from the ground up, attracting clients from across the U.S. and internationally through strong marketing, heavy education, and a relentless work ethic. Along the way, he also built his own investment portfolio, giving him first hand insight into the challenges landlords face. In 2011, Damon founded Damon Wofford Realty, a full‑service real estate brokerage created to better serve his growing client base. Today, he and his team deliver hands‑on, tailored service to landlords, sellers, buyers, and tenants throughout the Jackson metro area. Damon doesn’t hand clients off, he stays personally involved to ensure they get the guidance, attention, and follow through they deserve. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida; a member of the National Association of Realtors; and an active member of the Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida Realtor Associations, as well as NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). Damon also leads Sull’Acqua Realty, his brokerage serving the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast (We are hiring here too). Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Jackson, MS metro area with the flexibility to work from home as necessary. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in property transactions, conducting property showings, and assisting clients with negotiation processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining market expertise, generating leads, marketing properties, and managing contracts and documentation related to real estate transactions. Ideally this person would be a seasoned Real Estate Agent that is looking for a new opportunity, flexibilities and top commission splits that are hard to find in larger real estate brokerages. Qualifications

Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends in Jackson, MS metro area. Proficiency in Marketing techniques, Online Listings, and Social Media Management Attention to detail and strong Organization, Time Management, and Problem‑Solving skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team in a hybrid work environment A valid real estate license in Mississippi is required.
