Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team* Enter customer quotes and prepare accurate sales contracts* Coordinate daily customer orders and ensure timely, precise delivery* Maintain organized records and documentation across sales and logistics systems* Support customer service needs with professionalism and attention to detail**What We Are Looking For*** Strong organizational and time‐management skills to handle multiple priorities* Clear and effective verbal and written communication* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate ERP/CRM systems* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and transactional work* Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment**Critical Skills and Experience*** Demonstrated capability in administrative support, sales coordination, or customer service* Skill in managing order workflows, documentation, and transactional accuracy* Experience working with digital tools such as ERP, CRM, or order‐management systems* Ability to interpret and follow established processes, policies, and customer requirements* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial**Physical Demands*** Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer* Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds for documents, samples, or office supplies**Work Environment**This position operates in an office-based setting with regular interaction across sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
