Job Summary We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
who is friendly, organized, and detail-oriented to support our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in scheduling jobs, managing communication, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Communicate job details, timelines, and expectations to customers
Dispatch and support craftsmen with daily schedulesFollow up on estimates, open jobs, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer and job records
Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Home services, construction, or trades industry experience
Dispatching or scheduling field teams
CRM or field service software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)
