Exercise advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product lines. Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering products and services focused on developing, expanding, and retaining relationships. Support team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex client needs to internal specialists. Participate fully in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Commit to advancing sales techniques and product knowledge by attending meetings, training classes, and web‑based learning. Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, staying informed of policy changes. Ensure a consistent client service experience by engaging clients with a friendly, courteous conversation while conducting transactions and uncovering needs. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of client sales and service experience. Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office. Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including new/transfer registration and NMLS background check. Ability to multi‑task under time constraints. Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes. Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights. Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or higher. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to respond in a professional manner with a high level of service quality. Experience with discussing, recommending, and selling deposit, credit, and retirement products to consumer and small business clients. Demonstrated ability in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
