Marketing Events Coordinator
Location: Buffalo, NY | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt | Hybrid after a 90‑day training period
A highly respected professional services firm is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to join its collaborative marketing team. This role plays a key part in planning and executing a wide range of client events, conferences, and community initiatives that support business development and strengthen client relationships. What You’ll Do As the Marketing Events Coordinator, you will partner closely with the Marketing Events Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure events run seamlessly and align with the firm’s strategic goals.
Support the planning and execution of in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events, including client programs, conferences, sponsorships, and internal initiatives.
Coordinate logistics such as venues, catering, vendor relationships, materials, and event timelines.
Assist with the development of event plans, including objectives, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Ensure all event elements are organized, on schedule, and executed professionally.
Work with attorneys and internal teams to coordinate conference attendance, speaking engagements, and hosted events.
Manage event scheduling and coordination with administrative staff and other internal departments.
Support event communications and manage logistics using digital event platforms when appropriate.
Maintain detailed event timelines and track key milestones.
Coordinate with internal marketing, administrative, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution.
Assist with post‑event follow‑up, including tracking outcomes and measuring event success.

Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism when working with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience coordinating events, conferences, or marketing initiatives is highly valued.
Comfort working with event management tools and digital platforms.
