Sr. Visual Designer Join the #1 eCommerce site in Food & Beverage — Keurig.com. We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to help shape thoughtful, high‑impact creative across our website, app, and marketing channels (email, social, video). You’ll partner closely with merchandising, marketing, and brand teams to bring ideas to life and create seamless, engaging experiences for our customers. You’re a collaborative, detail‑oriented designer who can balance strong creative instincts with business goals. You communicate clearly, manage multiple projects with ease, and bring a portfolio that shows both strategic thinking and exceptional execution. Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging campaigns that include emails, landing pages and social assets Generate big ideas and designs that wow, are innovative, on‑brand, on trend and can translate across marketing communications Execute work that is engaging, data driven, and aligns with our brand’s aesthetic, standards, and needs Provide art direction to our CGI agency to elevate on‑brand creative that aligns with the brand's creative vision Partner with cross‑functional team members to address business needs and find creative ways to meet them Present work and advocate for creative choices with stakeholders across the organization Total Rewards

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in fine arts, graphic design or communications) 4-6+ years of experience at a design studio, agency, or in‑house design department Portfolio showing a range of work across various digital media Ability to work in a fast‑paced, short sprint environment Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop primarily) Outstanding attention to detail Curious, pro‑active, organized, and self‑motivated with a personal commitment to quality executions Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members Excellent presentation skills to pitch concepts and designs to stakeholders Strong typography skills are required Nice‑to‑haves
Familiarity with the Keurig brand Experience with animation and motion design Basic understand of 3D modeling and rendering Understanding and working knowledge of photography and/or photographic styling Additional details
