Creative Summer Interns (Copywriting or Content Creation)
Hours: Temporary Part-time (up to 32 hours/week)
Pay: $18/hour
Duration: Mid-May - August (Dates TBD)

About the Creative Summer Internship The OH Creative Summer Internship is a
paid, hands‑on program
designed to give emerging creative talent real‑world agency experience. This is not a shadowing opportunity or a spec‑only program—interns will contribute to
live client work , collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams, and gain firsthand exposure to how an integrated agency operates. Interns will work a
Monday‑Thursday schedule , enjoying
Summer Fridays off , while being supported by an assigned
discipline‑specific Mentor
who will help guide creative development throughout the program.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
Work on
real‑world creative assignments
that make an impact
Support live client work across existing brands when appropriate
Participate in a
summer‑long proactive assignment
benefiting an existing or new business client
Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to understand how an
integrated agency
functions
Learn directly from experienced creatives through
hands‑on mentorship
Gain exposure to creative reviews, feedback loops, and agency workflows
Discipline‑Specific Focus Areas Art Direction Intern
Support the development of visual concepts across digital, social, and campaign work
Assist with layout, typography, image selection, and basic design execution
Help bring ideas to life through design systems, mockups, and visual storytelling
Copywriting Intern
Support the development of brand‑appropriate copy across digital, social, and campaign work
Assist with headlines, body copy, captions, scripts, and concept writing
Partner with Art Directors to help shape ideas from brief to execution
Content Creator Intern
Assist with the creation of social‑first content including video, photography, and motion
Support content capture, editing, and execution for brands and
Reactr
needs
Help ideate and execute content that feels timely, relevant, and platform‑native
What We’re Looking For
A passion for creativity, advertising, and brand storytelling
Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and an openness to feedback
Ability to collaborate and contribute within a team environment
A portfolio, reel, or body of work that shows creative thinking (student or personal work welcomed)
Location Preference:
Ideally able to be
local in Phoenix
for the duration of the program
Some roles may be considered for remote participation
Schedule:
Monday‑Thursday (Summer Fridays off)
