This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in New York, NY for an Investor Relations Manager. The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for managing communication between the company and the investment community. This role ensures accurate, consistent, and timely disclosure of financial and strategic information, supports capital markets strategy, and builds strong relationships with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the investor relations strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders. Prepare earnings materials, including press releases, presentations, and scripts. Coordinate quarterly earnings calls and investor meetings. Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment. Maintain and update investor‑facing materials (presentations, fact sheets, website content). Partner with finance, legal, and executive leadership to ensure accurate disclosures. Track shareholder base and provide insights on ownership changes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and disclosure standards. Support capital raising initiatives, including equity and debt offerings. Coordinate investor roadshows, including scheduling, logistics, and presentation materials. Identify and engage prospective institutional and high‑net‑worth investors. Partner with senior leadership to prepare fundraising messaging and pitch materials. Manage follow‑ups and investor pipeline tracking to support fundraising conversion. Collaborate with placement agents, bankers, and internal teams throughout fundraising processes. Events & Networking

Plan and execute investor events, including conferences, roundtables, and private meetings. Coordinate logistics for investor‑facing events (venue, materials, attendee management). Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events to expand investor relationships. Identify and secure opportunities for speaking engagements and panel participation. Build and maintain relationships with key industry participants, including investors, advisors, and intermediaries. Partner with marketing and senior leadership to ensure consistent brand positioning at events. Track event outcomes and follow up with attendees to drive engagement and fundraising opportunities. Maintain a calendar of strategic events aligned with fundraising and investor targeting priorities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 5–8+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance. Must have working knowledge of the CRM Affinity. Strong understanding of financial statements and capital markets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear messaging. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience interacting with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
