Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Home Sales Consultant, based in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. The role involves assisting potential homeowners by guiding them through the home buying process, providing comprehensive information about our homes and communities, and responding to inquiries. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, building and nurturing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and offering unparalleled customer service. You will also participate in training to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest market trends.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Relationship-Building skills
New Home Sales and General Sales experience
Training and Development skills to continually improve performance
Strong Negotiation abilities
Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively in a team
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Prior experience in real estate or home sales is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
