The Role A highly confidential client is seeking a seasoned C-Suite Executive/Personal Assistant / Strategic Partner to support the CEO in New York. This role encompasses a blend of business and personal responsibilities and operates within a close, one-on-one partnership.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for all matters relating to the CEO, including interaction with senior leadership and key external stakeholders. This individual must demonstrate exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance financial services environment.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining absolute discretion. The position demands a high level of trust, loyalty, and the ability to navigate sensitive matters with confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Manage an active and complex calendar, including coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics
Prepare and reconcile expense reports
Draft and manage correspondence, including highly confidential communications
Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries and briefing materials
Act as a strategic gatekeeper, managing access to the CEO’s time and priorities
Handle sensitive inquiries and issues with discretion, determining appropriate actions and follow-up
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
Maintain alignment with the CEO on priorities, upcoming commitments, and deliverables
Support special projects and prepare materials that enable the CEO to operate effectively
Qualifications
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proactive problem-solver with sound decision-making skills
High level of emotional intelligence and professional maturity
Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Proven ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within financial services or a similarly demanding environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools
