Field Marketing Manager As a Field Marketing Manager, you will drive regional growth across EEUR by owning end‑to‑end campaigns and partner activations that generate pipeline. You’ll lead high‑impact events, webinars, and co‑marketing initiatives, working closely with sales to deliver measurable results. In a fast‑paced environment, you’ll track performance, optimize spend, and continuously improve execution.
Responsibilities
Execute field and partner marketing programs that support regional sales priorities and pipeline goals
Own end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns and activities (events, webinars, partner activations, digital follow‑ups), from briefing through to execution and reporting
Work closely with regional sales teams to align marketing activity to target accounts, segments and sales motions
Support partner‑led and partner‑integrated campaigns, including co‑marketing activities, MDF execution and joint events
Manage timelines, logistics, vendors and budgets for assigned programs, ensuring high quality and on‑time delivery
Co‑ordinate campaign follow‑up activity to ensure leads are routed correctly and activities progress prospects through the funnel
Track and report on program performance including engagement, lead progression and pipeline contribution. Maintain clear documentation of plans, execution status, and results to support regional and partner visibility
Collaborate with global marketing teams to localise campaigns and
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
Experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation, ideally within B2B (technology or SaaS) and the cybersecurity industry
Proven ability to execute marketing programs end‑to‑end, not just support them
Comfortable working with sales teams and partner, with a strong sense of commercial awareness
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously
Experience supporting events (physical and virtual), partner campaigns, or account‑based initiatives
Confidence working with marketing systems and tools (eg SFDC, Marketo, Asana, DemandBase etc)
Ability to track results and tell a clear story about what worked, what didn’t and why
Proactive, detail‑orientated, and comfortable taking ownership within a fast‑moving environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work cross‑functionally
Fluency in English and Polish
