We're Hiring: AI Data Marketing Lead

We're looking for an AI Data Marketing Lead to join our growing team — someone who lives and breathes data, thrives in an AI-first environment, and knows how to turn insights into action.
What You'll Do:
Drive data-driven marketing campaigns using AI tools and automation platforms
Work daily with tools like Apollo, Resend, Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs
Build, manage, and optimize outbound and inbound marketing pipelines
Analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into clear strategy
Identify growth opportunities through data enrichment, segmentation, and targeting
✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:
Hands‑on experience with AI tools and LLMs in a marketing or growth context
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Resend, Mailchimp, or similar)
Experience with sales intelligence tools like Apollo or ZoomInfo
Strong data analysis skills—you're comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
A self‑starter mentality—you don't wait to be told what to do next
Position Details: This is a hybrid role based out of our Las Vegas, NV office. You'll work in-office 2 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days.
