Our website is a critical extension of that mission, and we’re looking for an E-commerce Website Manager to own and elevate the Mentionables digital experience.
Role Overview The E-Commerce Experience & Growth Manager will own the day-to-day management, optimization, and evolution of the Mentionables website on Shopify Plus. This role blends strategy, execution, design sensibility, and technical know-how. You’ll ensure the site feels intuitive, on-brand, high-performing, and reflective of our community-first values—while driving conversion, retention, and growth.
Website Management & Optimization
Own daily operations of the Mentionables Shopify Plus site, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and performance.
Build, manage, and optimize on-site widgets and experiences using
Rebuy
(recommendations, bundles, upsells) and
Redo
(returns/exchanges).
Implement conversion rate optimization initiatives through testing, iteration, and performance analysis.
Implement front-end updates using
HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript , partnering with devs for larger scale projects when needed
Design, UX & Brand Execution
Maintain a strong visual standard across the site—homepage, PDPs, landing pages, banners, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure all web updates reflect the Mentionables brand aesthetic and speak authentically to our customer.
Use tools like
Canva
and/or
Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
to create or update simple web graphics, banners, and assets as needed.
Identify UX opportunities that improve ease, clarity, and confidence for shoppers.
Content & Merchandising
Manage product launches, collections, and on-site merchandising in collaboration with marketing and merchandising teams.
Ensure product pages are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices.
Support promotions, drops, and seasonal moments through thoughtful site storytelling.
Analytics & Performance
Monitor key KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, site speed, and customer behavior.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and heatmaps to inform decisions.
Share insights and recommendations with leadership on a regular cadence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams.
Coordinate with agencies as needed.
Act as the internal owner and advocate for the website experience.
What We're Looking For:
2-4+ years of experience managing an e-commerce website, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.
Hands-on experience with
Shopify Plus .
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end functionality
Experience building and optimizing widgets with Rebuy
Strong eye for design and visual storytelling; understands how brand and UX impact conversion.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Graphic design experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite .
Experience working in a fast-growing DTC brand.
Familiarity with CRO testing tools and UX best practices.
