
Remote Senior Operations Specialist

In this impactful role, you will be a key player in modernizing M&A for businesses with revenue between $1M and $50M. You will engage directly with an exited founder to scale innovative conversational AI agents. This position demands dynamic leadership and technical expertise as you drive growth and operational success from the ground up, contributing to the company's vision and strategic objectives.
Accountabilities
Manage end-to-end M&A processes for clients, including building financial models and coordinating with advisors.
Architect and execute GTM growth strategies and manage brand presence.
Translate customer pain points into product features and maintain operational systems.
Requirements
Proven experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or brokerage.
Strong technical skills with no-code automation and workflow development.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a 'no task too small' mentality.
