We are seeking a

Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

to join a high-impact team focused on delivering

data-driven digital products and analytics platforms . This role is responsible for leading end-to-end UX/UI design across complex, data-rich workflows, translating product strategy, user needs, and business objectives into intuitive, scalable, and compliant user experiences.

Position Summary As part of a DevOps-oriented engineering environment, this role will guide product design efforts and partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, QA, Product, and Architecture—to ensure experiences meet high standards for usability, scalability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and evolve UX/UI standards and reusable patterns across data products and platforms

Lead experience definition from discovery through delivery (user journeys, IA, interaction design, UI design, validation)

Translate product roadmaps into actionable, buildable design strategies aligned to business outcomes

Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, task analysis) to validate and refine designs

Leverage product usage insights and behavioral data to improve user journeys and reduce friction

Produce high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and engineering-ready specifications

Design data-intensive interfaces (dashboards, analytics tools, tables) focused on clarity and decision support

Define UX acceptance criteria and ensure user stories are testable and clear

Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and maintain a dual-track discovery/delivery approach

Partner with Engineering to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff

Work closely with QA to validate usability and UI quality

Ensure alignment with secure delivery and regulated environment requirements

Maintain clear, audit-ready design documentation and artifacts

Work closely with Engineering (Front-End & Back-End), QA, Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams

Engage with cross-domain teams including analytics, data operations, and reliability engineering

Support feedback loops with stakeholders and end users when applicable

Success Metrics

Adoption of consistent and reusable UX/UI patterns

Reduction in UX-related rework through early validation and clear specifications

Improved user workflows and efficiency based on data insights

Positive stakeholder feedback on usability and implementation quality

Faster feature delivery through reusable components and strong collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in UX, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

6+ years of experience designing digital products (enterprise SaaS or data-intensive platforms preferred)

Strong expertise with Figma or similar tools (component libraries, responsive design, shared assets)

Experience creating prototypes, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and developer-ready specifications

Experience building or contributing to design systems and collaborating with Engineering teams

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across complex workflows

Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
