
Customer Engagement Specialist/Sales

ROLE OVERVIEW:
A growing organization in the aesthetics and medical technology space is seeking a
Customer Engagement Specialist/Sales to support outbound sales and pipeline development. This is a front-line, high-volume outbound role focused on cold calling, re‑engaging existing customers, and qualifying leads. The CES plays a critical role in generating qualified opportunities and supporting the sales team by identifying interest and ensuring a seamless handoff for further engagement and closing. This role does not involve closing sales. The primary focus is on prospecting, qualification, and pipeline generation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Outbound Prospecting & Engagement Conduct high-volume outbound calls to new business prospects, including physicians, medspas, and aesthetic practices Re‑engage existing customers to identify expansion, upgrade, or replacement opportunities Introduce aesthetic technology solutions at a high level and assess interest and timing Navigate gatekeepers and confidently engage decision-makers Lead Qualification & Handoff Qualify leads based on criteria such as business type, decision‑maker access, timing, budget, and intent Accurately document all interactions and opportunity details in Salesforce or similar CRM systems Submit qualified leads with detailed notes to sales representatives for follow‑up and closure Ensure timely and high-quality handoff to maximize conversion rates Pipeline Support & Activity Management Maintain consistent outbound activity levels aligned with performance expectations Track follow‑ups and engagement history to ensure all opportunities are pursued Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and qualification processes QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or a call center environment Experience in medical device, aesthetics, or technology sales is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and resilient in a high‑activity environment Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred Interest in the aesthetics industry and willingness to learn consultative selling approaches POSITION IMPACT:
The Customer Engagement Specialist/Sales plays a key role in driving pipeline growth by initiating new conversations, identifying qualified opportunities, and supporting the sales team. This role requires persistence, energy, and professionalism to create a strong first impression and contribute to overall business growth. COMPENSATION:
