
Proposal Specialist

Overview
The Proposal Specialist 2 is responsible for developing solicitation request for proposal, request for information, and request for quote and proposals for both direct and indirect channel engagements.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and monitor the development of basic, moderate risk solicitations and proposals
Read solicitations/proposals to understand advanced technical, functional and business requirements; parse and assign work to project team members
Organize and lead kick-off meetings with key stakeholders; establish deadlines and set project expectations
Act as liaison between project team and subject matter experts, working cross‑departmentally to track down and confirm information
Manage and oversee the collaboration of work within project management tool; working on multiple projects simultaneously
Ensure project progresses on schedule and is in line with solicitation and company standards, escalating outstanding work as needed
Review, edit, and format final proposal content; coordinate proposal submission via email, bid portal, or hard copy delivery
Assist with updating and maintaining team resources, including internal websites and training materials
Grow company and product knowledge and be aware of best practices and market trends; provide input on how to improve internal efficiencies
Provide suggestions/updates to existing proposal content
Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated success in developing proposals or similar experience
Solid facilitation and project management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Strong collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Able to thrive in a flexible, fast‑paced environment
Strong business and technology acumen
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self‑motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word and Excel
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
Up to 10% travel time required
Remuneration Disclosure
Starting Base Salary Range: 109,000.00 – 139,000.00 PLN gross per year. The posted pay range represents the company’s good faith estimate for this role. Actual compensation may differ based on relevant experience, skills, education, and work location.
The remuneration includes all components related to the role, such as:
Base salary
Performance‑related/Commission bonus eligibility (if applicable to role)
