Proof Razors manufactures American-made grooming tools out of our shop in Bozeman, (Belgrade) Montana. Our brand is Proof that it’s possible to build a globally relevant brand, while manufacturing the products here in the USA.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us continue to build our fast-growing company. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of Proof through managing a campaign calendar, driving real growth across our digital channels, and collaborating with other American-made brands.
This is a
full-time, in-person role
based in Belgrade, Montana. Salary range is $60,000-$80,000. This is flexible compensation based on experience and performance.
Company Culture All Proof employees are passionate about their hobbies– hunting, fishing, skiing, etc. While we all work hard to accomplish our tasks, it is important to us that employees have time to pursue whatever outdoor hobbies draw them to this part of the country. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that drive growth. You’ll collaborate with the team to coordinate asset deployment through all channels, including paid, organic, email, sms, blog, website, and print.
The Marketing Manager will manage the marketing calendar, drive product launches, maintain the website, and track performance across channels. This role is hands-on and has a direct, measurable impact on top line revenue. You will work closely with the founders, brand advisors, and media creators.
What You’ll Do
Manage the
marketing calendar
across campaigns, launches, and content. Build the calendar with the Proof team and create an engaging and revenue-driving plan.
Deliver on-time
product launches and promotions
across website, email, Amazon, and supporting channels.
Collaborate with founders
and creative leads to shape the future of the Proof brand through marketing channels.
Manage and update the
website (Shopify)
including product pages, homepage, and merchandising.
Create
visual assets
for all channels using Figma to support campaigns.
Coordinate with content and creative to ensure assets are ready for campaigns.
Track and report on
marketing performance
(revenue, conversion rate, AOV, campaign results).
Collaborate with the product team on
product setup, merchandising, and inventory management
(SKUs, descriptions, launch timing, demand).
Capture
lofi content
around the manufacturing floor while collaborating with Media Creator.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Have 2–5 years experience in ecommerce or marketing
Are comfortable working in
Shopify
and CRM platforms like
Klaviyo
Have experience with muti-faceted marketing campaigns or product launches
Can manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
Have an interest in product, ecommerce, and brand building
Prefer working in a small, collaborative, in-person environment
