Role Overview The Marketing Coordinator serves as the operational hub for our Brand & Content Marketing team. You’ll manage our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, support marketing operations, and ensure seamless cross‑functional communication.
Digital Asset Management (40%)
Manage Bynder DAM structure, taxonomy, metadata, and product hierarchy
Upload, tag, and organize creative assets
Maintain user access and train new users
Respond to internal “where can I find…” asset requests
Run usage reports and audit for outdated/duplicate content
Coordinate with IT on updates and integrations
Marketing Operations (30%)
Process purchase orders and track invoices
Maintain vendor relationships and subscription renewals
Track budget spend and provide updates
Manage contract and license documentation
Cross‑Functional Support (20%)
Triage internal asset requests
Support event logistics and vendor coordination
Assist with meeting scheduling and documentation
Manage approval workflows and project updates
General Administration (10%)
Support new product launch processes
Prepare presentations and compile data
Maintain SharePoint and shared drives
Provide backup support during peak periods
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2–3 years in marketing coordination or operations
Experience with DAM systems (Bynder preferred)
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Experience with PO processing and vendor coordination
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive communicator
Preferred Qualifications
B2B or manufacturing industry experience
Familiarity with Adobe file types and creative workflows
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana)
Understanding of brand guidelines and asset versioning
Comfort using AI tools for productivity
Competencies/Skills
Self‑starter mentality with ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
Customer service–oriented, with patience and professionalism, when handling internal requests
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Success in This Role
90 Days: Become the internal Bynder expert and streamline asset workflows
6 Months: Reduce administrative load on Creative Manager by 70 %+
1 Year: Improve DAM efficiency and maintain flawless budget tracking

Compensation RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
