A leading creative agency is seeking an experienced Art Director to take ownership of concept development, art direction, and the overall quality of creative output.
This is a senior role where you will work closely with account teams, lead creative direction, and build strong client relationships while mentoring and developing your team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop original, high-quality concepts and art direction in response to creative briefs
Lead and manage the creative output of the team to ensure consistency and excellence
Present creative work clearly and professionally to clients and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with account teams to align on client expectations and brand strategy
Build and strengthen client relationships to support the delivery of creative work
Drive collaboration across teams and departments within the agency
Ensure all work meets brand standards and business objectives
Contribute to the growth and evolution of the creative department
Manage workload and ensure deadlines are met
Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members
Encourage feedback, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a creative / advertising environment
Strong conceptual thinking and art direction ability
Proven experience leading and managing creative teams
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong client relationship management experience
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
Confident in challenging ideas and providing creative direction
Strong organisational and time management skills
Passionate, proactive, and solutions-driven
