Additionally, we offer 30-year financing solutions for the acquisition or refinancing of rental properties and portfolios. Our mission is to help real estate investors grow their businesses with flexible and tailored lending solutions. We're expanding our operations team and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional to support our post-closing functions on a part-time basis.
About the Role We’re hiring a
Part-Time Post-Closing & Compliance Associate
to support key mortgage operations activities at our Delray Beach office. This is an
in-office role
with a flexible part-time schedule — ideal for a paralegal, title professional, or mortgage ops specialist looking for consistent, meaningful work without a full-time commitment.
You’ll focus primarily on MERS and post-settlement tasks, with the opportunity to assist with other operational duties depending on business needs.
What You’ll Do
Support
post-closing and post-settlement
processes, including document tracking and file review
Manage
MERS
registrations, transfers, and reconciliation tasks
Help organize and maintain loan files for compliance and audit readiness
Coordinate with internal team members and third-party vendors to resolve document exceptions
Provide general administrative and operational support
What We’re Looking For
Background in paralegal work, mortgage post-closing, or title/escrow preferred
Familiarity with
MERS
or ability to learn quickly
Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Comfortable with standard office software; mortgage systems experience a plus
Must be local and available to work
in-office in Delray Beach, FL
