About The Role
Extraco Banks is seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and solutions‑driven Process Improvement Specialist to support enterprise workflow automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role designs, develops, and optimizes workflows within systems such as Enterprise Workflow (EWF), Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC), and Teslar. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, self‑motivated, and thrives in a collaborative environment that values innovation, accuracy, and process excellence. What You’ll Do
Workflow Design & Automation Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows across EWF, Nintex Workflow Cloud, and Teslar. Build and maintain automation solutions including Nintex RPA scripts and Teslar workflows. Develop and implement automation solutions using the Q2 SDK for online banking enhancements. Create intuitive digital forms to support business needs and improve user experience. Process Analysis & Documentation Produce detailed process flow diagrams and technical documentation. Prepare system specifications, procedural guides, and training materials. Support standardization of processes across business units. Quality Assurance & System Testing Perform pre‑ and post‑implementation testing to validate workflow functionality and performance. Troubleshoot defects and implement enhancements based on stakeholder feedback. Data & Technical Support Write and execute SQL queries; maintain data tables supporting workflow operations. Monitor and manage workflow case queues across platforms. Provide ongoing technical support for Enterprise Workflow issues. Cross‑Department Collaboration Work closely with business units to understand needs and translate them into workflow solutions. Support “Lean 2 Green” submissions with technical analysis and process redesign. Assist end users through training, onboarding, and quarterly workflow education sessions. Required Qualifications
What We’re Looking For High School Diploma required Computer Science/Computer Engineering degree or equivalent technical education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred 3+ years workflow or RPA experience 3+ years process analysis experience (preferred) 5+ years banking or financial services experience (preferred) Required Skills & Abilities Strong commitment to operational excellence and positive customer experience Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to interpret API documentation, SDK specifications, and technical requirements Ability to create detailed process flow diagrams and comprehensive documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Self‑directed learner with the ability to master new technologies quickly Effective collaborator with strong initiative and accountability Excellent project management and organizational skills Why Extraco?
